We have scheduled the live server upgrade on September 4th, at 10 PM EST (GMT-4). Your current server's processors will be upgraded to a new 40 CPU E5-2680 v2 along with 1.6TB older NVMe drives to being upgraded to all new 3.8TB Intel NVMe drives. We believe these improvements were needed to maintain uptime and reliability in order to keep all valued customers 100% satisfied with our services.
There will not be any downtime as its a live migration and your IP's will remain the same after migration. We will be stopping the ftp service so that no further file uploaded during this live migration. Please ensure that no customizations/uploads on your domains are done during this window to ensure error-free migration.
